About Us

GTCS, Inc. is a SBA certified HUB Zone, woman owned small business.  We are a young, dynamic, growing company that was founded in 2005 to provide military construction (MILCON) planning and programming services to the Department of Defense.  Since that time, we have gradually expanded our services to become a registered Architectural Engineering (AE) company within the State of Alabama.  We additionally provide construction management services under the General Services Administration's (GSA) Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule; this contract vehicle provides significant flexibility to our Government customers in obtaining our services in a timely manner.

Our company employs personnel with extensive experience in supporting the Department of Defense, the commercial sector, and other government organizations.  Our value customers include organizations such as the Headquarters Corps of Engineers, the Department of Defense Health Services Agency, the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, and the Huntsville Engineering Support Center.

We currently serve as the Prime Contractor on the following contracts:

• Contract #W912DY-06-D-0014 Real Property Master Planning & MILCON Programming Support (Huntsville Engineering Support Center).
• Contract #W912DY-09-D-0072 HUB Zone Administration & Facilitation Support Services (Huntsville Engineering Support Center).
• Contract #GS-10F-0033W General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Contract for Professional Engineering Services (PES) - Construction Management Services.

GTCS, Inc. currently has two locations to serve our customers.  Our main office is located in Athens, Alabama with our satellite office in Baltimore, Maryland.
