GTCS offers specific expertise in the following functional and technical areas:
| Range and Training Lands Program (RTLP) | GTCS provides engineering and planning support to the Army RTLP Program through planning and site selection, facilitating planning charrettes, and preparing MILCON programming documentation (DD Form 1391). Project support can include the following functional areas: training capability, target interface inspections, constructability and standard design compliance, NEPA supporting documentation issues, telecommunication infrastructure, and unexploded ordnance. |
| Medical Facilities | GTCS provides engineering and planning support to the Huntsville Center as the US Army Corps of Engineers Medical Facilities Mandatory Center of Expertise and Standardization (MX), in support of the US Army Health Facilities Planning Agency in Washington, D.C. Services provided include strategy and concept design development, cost estimating, planning charrette facilitation, and preparation of MILCON documentation. |
| Business Process Support | GTCS has expertise in supporting the development of sound business processes to assist our government customers in executing project assignments in a more efficient and effective manner. We have personnel with broad expertise in the areas of Quality Assurance, Economic Analysis development, Regulatory Process Research and Assistance and Process Analysis and Improvement. |
