Planning Charrette Facilitation

GTCS understands that a solid planning charrette provides the foundation for a successful DD Form 1391.  A well executed planning charrette generates a programming document that can withstand the scrutiny of the review process as it transitions through the MILCON planning and programming process.  No company understands this process better than us as we have personnel with decades of experience in this discipline.  Due to our involvement in the related processes that effect the success of a DD Form 1391, our experienced personnel can coordinate, facilitate, and execute all aspects of a successful planning charrette.  Our performance track record supports this claim, as we will be conducting our 100th planning charrette this year which collectively represents over one billion dollars worth of construction.  Our teams have conducted planning charrettes at over 20 CONUS and OCONUS locations and are well recognized and respected by the installation management and USACE personnel.
